Banana Cream Shake Recipe
- 1 cup cold skim milk or water
- 1 serving vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. fat-free, sugar-free banana instant pudding mix
1. Pour skim milk in blender.
2. Then add protein powder and blend on medium for 15 seconds.
3. Add pudding mix and blend on high speed until thick and creamy, about 45 more seconds (stopping blender to scrape sides).
4. Spoon into 2 dessert glasses and chill in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
