Cappuccino Shake Recipe
- 250 ml cold skim milk or water
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder (women 1 scoop, men 2 scoops)
- 2 tsp. instant coffee
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon, divided
- 6 ice cubes
1. Pour water in blender.
2. Then add protein powder and blend for 15 seconds.
3. Add coffee and half the cinnamon; blend 30 more seconds.
4. Add ice cubes and blend on high until smooth, about 30 more seconds.
5. Pour into glass and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
6. Serve and enjoy
