Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe
- Vegies (of your choice)
- Herbs & spices
1. Chop cauliflower in chunks and blend in blender/food processor
2. Blend until cauliflower forms little rice like pieces
3. Chop vegies and cook in pan with some garlic, herbs etc.
4. Add cauliflower in pan with vegies and cook for about 15 minutes (until it tastes cooked)
