Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe
- Sliced chicken breast, 120gm (women), 150gm (men)
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 Tablespoon low fat Caesar dressing
- 1 Tablespoon reduced fat parmesan cheese
- 1 eight to ten inch brown rice tortilla or Ezekiel wrap
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Heat tortilla in microwave for 10 to 15 seconds to soften.
3. Spoon chicken mixture into tortilla and serve.
