Ingredients

  • 250 ml skim milk or water
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (women)
  • 2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder (men)
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon natural organic almond or peanut butter

Directions

1. Pour all ingredients in a blender.
