Chocolate Protein Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 tsp gelatine
  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup stevia
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 scoops protein

Directions

1. Pour hot water in bowl, sprinkle over gelatine
2. Stir until dissolved
3. Beat together cottage cheese, sweetener, protein and cocoa until smooth
4. Add water and gelatine, mix well
5. Pour into dish
6. Refrigerate 2 hours until set
