Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 small mashed banana optional
  • dark chocolate chips optional

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly
2. Pour into greased coffee mug
3. Heat in microwave 90 seconds to 2-1/2 mins
