Deplete Me Now Pudding Recipe
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (organic is always best)
- 1/2 scoop of vanilla, orange or chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of organic almond butter or all natural peanut butter
1. Place ½ cup Greek Yogurt, almond or peanut butter, and ½ scoop of protein powder into large bowl. Mix thoroughly and enjoy.
Note: You can also make this a great post-workout shake with carbs by using ½ cup of your favorite all natural granola in place of the almond/peanut butter.
