Oatmeal Meal Replacement Shake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry measure gluten free oatmeal, cooked in water and cooled
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 3 dashes cinnamon
- 1/8 c sugar free maple syrup or brown sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds (or flaxseed oil or natural peanut butter)
- 250 mls water or organic low-fat milk
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to blender.
2. Blend.
3. Serve and enjoy
