The simple trick to healthy habits: Positive routines
So, creating healthy habits is actually easier than you think.
However, without the proper prioritisation, it just won't happen. So, I’d like to share with you how I created healthy routines within my daily life that really help me achieve my health and fitness goals - and my lifestyle goals in general.
The key for me is balance... a little bit of everything in moderation. I started with small steps, all focusing on creating a positive routine that would shape my day.
Here's how I start my day...
I love to start each morning with a feel good detox. At the moment, it’s PhytoLogic Greens. They’re great for leveling your alkaline levels and detoxifying your body. Throughout my day not only have I created a positive routine of regular eating, I also drink up to 4 to 5 litres of water. Which is great for the 2pm slag where most of us start to feel tired.
